Who do you work with?

Landlords, developers, housing associations and businesses that pay for gas or electricity. One site or many, we'd like to hear from you.

Do you charge me anything?

You don't pay us a separate broker fee. Our commission is included in the supplier's unit rate.

How are you paid?

The supplier pays us commission, included in the unit rate. You'll see the exact amount in your contract documents before you sign.

Do HMOs and flats need business or domestic contracts?

It depends on the meter and how the property is used. Tell us about your setup and we'll help you understand your options.

How long are contracts?

Contract lengths vary by supplier and your circumstances. We'll talk through the available options before you choose.

What's a Letter of Authority?

It's a document that lets us request information from your current supplier on your behalf. It doesn't commit you to a new contract.

Can newer companies get a contract?

Often, yes. Suppliers may carry out credit checks, and we'll explain any requirements before you decide.

Can you help with multiple sites?

Yes. Give us the details of each site and we'll help you keep their contracts and renewal dates in one place.

What happens at renewal?

We'll remind you before your contract ends so you can review your options rather than drifting onto a rolled-over rate.

How do I complain?

Tell us what's gone wrong and we'll acknowledge it within two working days. Read our full complaints process on the legal page. Our complaints process
